What are BBQ Yummy shipping rules and policies?
At BBQ Yummy, we and our suppliers boast of each product that we provide and endeavor to be the best in the industry. We offer our clients premium products that come with freshness and delectable flavor.
We are dedicated to making sure that our fresh and frozen foods are shipped around the country in great condition. However, they may experience heat due to conditions that are beyond our control or transit delays when they are with UPS, USPS or FEDEX. Resultantly, the shipping guideline on this website is not a guarantee of the shipping condition and arrival of the products.
BBQ yummy do not guarantee a specified delivery time, as local carrier takes care of the delivery. Usually, most local carriers deliver package anytime between 8 am – 8 pm. We recommend you place your order and schedule an early delivery, especially when you want to order for a time-sensitive event. Most of our product can be frozen upon delivery; this ensures that we preserve the freshness of our products. In some case, such as weather, high package volume or any other unforeseen circumstance, we may have your product delivered to you earlier than scheduled. This is to ensure that your order arrive in good condition.
BBQ yummy cannot be held responsible for any delay in transit caused by inaccurate shipping information, high package volume, natural disaster, mechanical error, local carrier mis-scans or any unforeseen circumstances and we do not require signatures for the release of shipments. Leaving a package at the provided customer address is ultimately at the discretion of the individual delivery person, and this is entirely outside our control.
It is entirely the duty of customers to check and ensure that shipping information is accurate before submitting an order and also ensure to check their order confirmation email. If you wish to modify delivery address once the order has been shipped, a $19 address change processing fee will apply to the order. Once a customer request for address modification, the carriers require at least one business day to process the change, and this may delay the package. BBQ Yummy is not responsible for any delay in transit as a result of address modification.
Once an order is shipped, no returns, refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
All packages are shipped via FedEx or UPS; hence, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
We currently only shipped to the following states: CA, NV, ID, UT, AZ
